Interim Reporting Accountant (Remote Working)

Interim Reporting Accountant job with our Financial Services client based in Glasgow for an 8 month period. This role will report to the Financial Reporting Manager. The key duties of this role are:

• Preparing the quarterly FINREP returns, in the specialised area of asset quality, within tight deadlines
• Responsible for producing quarterly Asset Quality based FINREP returns
• Regularly liaising with key stakeholders
• Credit risk reporting
• Presenting quarterly reports and key information in both written and verbal format to senior management
• Regulatory rule interpretation, and planning for implementation of future regulatory changes
• Involvement in project activities, specifically in relation to asset quality reporting

To apply you will be a Qualified or “Qualified by Experience” Accountant with an analytical and inquisitive mind and the ability to challenge. You will be experienced in statutory reporting and be a competent Excel user.

On offer is a salary of up to £52,000 along with excellent benefits as well as 99% remote working (some days required in the office per year). This role will start in August 2022.
