Description

Our client, a leading renewables company based in Glasgow’s East End, is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on an interim 3-month basis, with the potential for a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices, matching, batching, and coding
  • Managing supplier queries and reconciliations
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Assisting with month-end processes
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
