Interim Project Accountant job with our Edinburgh based client. This role is for a 3 month period and will report directly to the Assistant Head of Finance. The key responsibilities of this role are:

• Analysing balances and reconciling ledgers
• Intercompany transactions
• Preparing papers to support finance system balances
• Leading on the reconciliation project
• Reviewing and resolving transactional discrepancies
• Preparing any necessary journals
• Ad hoc support where required

To apply you will be an experienced project accountant with a high attention to detail. You will be comfortable with a high level of detail and be a competent excel user. You will work well to your own initiative and be comfortable challenging key stakeholders. This role will support hybrid and flexible working and begins in early March. Salary £39,000 - £42,000 p.a. dependant on experience.
