Description
Interim Management Accountant job (Hybrid) with a well-known Public Sector organisation based in Stirlingshire for a 6-month period. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing, reviewing, and submitting of monthly management accounts
- Producing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
- Cash flow monitoring and reporting on variances
- Supporting with financial planning including the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Providing insightful analysis and challenging on financial matters to identify where efficiencies can be made to demonstrate best value and maximisation of resource use
- Ad hoc duties as required
Applications are welcomed from fully Qualified Finance Professionals with ‘hands on’ experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable skills in the key areas of Management Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis within a complex environment. The post holder should also have good interpersonal skills and be able to adapt in line with the needs of the business. Lastly, you will be proficient in the use of Excel and other financial systems. A change management background would be desirable but is not essential. Salary: £dependent on experience
