Rutherford Cross is working with a growing tech business who is looking for a hands‑on Interim Management Accountant to support the finance team during a period of increased activity. This role suits someone who is confident managing end‑to‑end accounting processes, producing high‑quality management accounts, and preparing statutory accounts in a fast‑moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Support statutory accounts preparation and audit requirements
• Manage month‑end processes, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Provide clear financial insight to operational and leadership teams
• Assist with process improvements and ad‑hoc finance projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in management and statutory accounting
• Strong technical accounting skills with a hands‑on approach
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a dynamic setting
• Comfortable collaborating across teams in a tech‑driven environment
• Fully Qualified Accountant
