Rutherford Cross is seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join a dynamic FMCG business. This role is critical in supporting the finance team with key reconciliations and analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business operations and identify trends
• Assist with month-end processes, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and other ad hoc financial tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver actionable insights

Candidate Profile:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
• Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines
