Interim Management Accountant job with our Oban-based client for a 3-6 month period. This role can be delivered largely remotely with a minimum requirement to be in Oban for a couple of days per month.

Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet accounts
• Producing statutory accounts
• Providing high-quality financial management information business partnering with senior managers and budget holders with financial advice
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accrual and prepayment calculations
• Managing finance operations including AP, AR, Payroll and Banking

You will be a qualified or ‘qualified by experience’ accountant who enjoys being hands-on in preparing monthly and statutory accounts and will also possess a business partnering skill set. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 p.a. (Client will consider a 4-day week, pro rata salary).
