Description
Interim Income Analytics & Reporting Analyst job (Hybrid) with a global business based in Glasgow for an initial 3-month period. Reporting to the Income Reporting & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing revenue, debtors, and bad debt analysis as well as insightful commentary on monthly forecast and budgets to Senior Management and the wider group
- Leading on certain aspects of forecasting, budgeting, and monthly meetings as well as completion of ad hoc reporting as required
- Assisting with shaping the future of income reporting to provide value-add insights to key stakeholders within the business
- Drawing insights from complex financial data and explaining implications to key stakeholder groups, both financial and non-financial
- Developing a new value-add reporting suite to meet business needs and growth, gathering reporting requirements from a broad array of stakeholders and converting requests into consolidates professional outputs
- Streamlining and automating production processes and supporting finance teams in refining data processing workflows
To apply, you will be a Qualified or ‘Qualified by Experience’ finance professional with strong knowledge of Financial Systems and the ability to deal with large volumes of data from multiple sources. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and able to prioritise their workload effectively. The post holder will also be an advanced user of Excel, be confident identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions as part of the wider finance team. This role supports Hybrid working.
