Interim Income Accountant job (Hybrid) with a large Glasgow based corporate for a 12-month fixed term period.

Reporting to the Finance Project Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Embedding into BAU accurate accounting to complex multi-currency income, with appropriate controls and validation of complex model outputs
• Building processes to deliver clear, accurate and reliable analysis of income for use by Business Partners and for inclusion in Board Reporting
• Taking ownership of the trading P&L and Balance Sheet accounting of a division within the business and ensuring complete recording of monthly results
• Supporting in response to external audit requests, providing complex lead schedules and detailed analysis
• Continued process improvement and change management

To apply, you will be a Qualified Accountant with significant experience handling large data sets and high-volume transactions with exposure to complex income reporting processes. Ideally, the post holder will have an understanding of IFRS15 (Revenue Recognition). Multi-currency accounting within a large complex environment would also be beneficial. This role will play a key part in supporting with an ongoing Finance transformation project.
