Interim Head Office Accountant (Hybrid)

Interim Head Office Accountant (Hybrid) job for a 9-month period with our Edinburgh-based client.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Producing monthly management accounts and statutory accounts for the Group
• Developing annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Providing variance analysis and commentary to budget holders
• Managing the company’s capital expenditure and project reporting processes
• Supporting the implementation of a software upgrade
• Completing VAT Returns
• Supporting the finance team with continual process improvement projects

To apply, you will be a fully qualified Accountant and ideally be an Advanced Excel user. You will have a broad skillset including Financial Reporting, Business Partnering and Process / Systems upgrade and improvement experience. You will also be extremely hands-on with excellent communication skills.
