Interim Head of FP&A (Hybrid) job with our Glasgow based client for a 9-month period.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Financial Planning & Analysis, liaising with key external stakeholders and investors
• Leading on the budgeting and forecasting process
• Monitoring KPI’s and providing analysis on business performance
• Financial modelling in support of preparation of the annual strategic plan
• Preparing the strategic report as part of the annual report
• Supporting the Finance Director with M&A activity including identifying opportunities, due diligence, completion and integration
• Leading improvements in processes and procedures within the finance function including data analytics

To apply, you will be a qualified Accountant, highly experienced in financial performance reporting, planning and analysis. You will be an Advanced Excel user and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in Investor Relations would be advantageous.

Start date will be in June or July 2025.
