Interim Head of Finance (Hybrid) job with our client based just outside Glasgow for a 6-9 month period.

Reporting to the GM and CFO you will be responsible for:

• The delivery of a first class finance function for an overseas Region of this global business
• Leadership and management of a small finance team
• Preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple entities across different countries
• Business partnering with the General Manager and in-country advisors
• Budgeting and forecasting through financial modelling to support business decision making
• Production of statutory financial statements and liaison with external auditors
• Ensuring compliance in line with global policies, procedures and developing internal controls
• Cashflow management and working capital analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations

You will be a qualified accountant with previous experience of leading a finance team. You will be a natural business partner and have excellent analytical skills and be an advanced Excel user. You will also be very hands on in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts. It would be advantageous if you have previously managed the finances of an international region in a previous role. Salary: up to £75,000 p.a. plus benefits.
