Interim Head of Finance job for a 4-5 month period with our client headquartered in Lanarkshire and with operations across the UK and in both Europe and the US. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and Board reports
• Oversee the production of statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors and tax advisors
• Preparation of shareholder reports
• Lead on the annual budget setting process
• Management and leadership of the finance team
• Cashflow forecasting and monitoring of working capital
• Review of existing accounting systems and processes recommending improvements where required
• Supporting the CFO with strategic initiatives
• Ensure a robust financial control environment

To apply you must be a Qualified Accountant and experienced (ideally interim) Head of Finance/Group Financial Controller. You will be up to date on technical accounting standards and accounting policies and accounting have excellent team leadership capabilities. Finally, you will also have excellent stakeholder skills able to liaise with and present to Senior Management, the Board and Shareholders. Salary: £highly competitive day rate.
