Interim Group Reporting Manager job (Hybrid/Remote) with our client based in Glasgow city centre. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller the main duties and responsibilities include:

• Preparing group consolidated monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet
• Leading the annual audit process for the business preparing group consolidated statutory accounts to meet IFRS
• Being the main point of contact for liaison with the external auditors
• Producing updated written procedures and policies relating to the preparation of year end accounts
• Implementing controls and supporting ongoing improvements
• Co-ordinating the activities of the finance team to meet statutory reporting deadlines

You will be a fully qualified accountant with excellent financial reporting and group consolidation experience. It would be beneficial if you are up to date with IFRS. You will previously have prepared consolidated accounts having worked in a complex business with subsidiaries and be extremely hands on. This role will allow for largely remote working and could also be undertaken 4 days per week. Day Rate: £300-£400 per day.
