Interim Group Financial Controller job for our client based in the West of Scotland. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of group consolidated monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet and also subsidiary management accounts incorporating GAAP
• Production of year end group consolidated and subsidiary statutory accounts under IFRS and liaison with external auditors
• Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
• Due diligence of possible future acquisitions
• Improvements in processes, procedures and controls
• Management and leadership of the finance team

To apply you will be Qualified Accountant, preferably CA, having operated at Senior Financial Controller level and have strong technical financial accounting skills ideally with experience of reporting to meet IFRS and GAAP. Previous experience of consolidations is required also. Salary: £highly competitive.
