Interim Financial Reporting Manager (Hybrid) job with client based in Aberdeen for an initial 6-month period.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet
• Production of annual statutory accounts in line with UK accounting standards and liaison with external auditors
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Cashflow management and forecasting
• Fixed asset accounting and Accruals and prepayment calculations
• Support budgeting and long-term financial planning inputting into forecasting and financial modelling
• Management of a small finance team

You will be a qualified accountant who is very hands on also with excellent team management skills. You will be comfortable with balance sheet reconciliations and interrogating the general ledger. Improving the control environment during a period of transformation will be part of the role too.

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent
