Interim Financial Controller job with our Manufacturing client based outside Glasgow. The duration of the contract will be for up to 12 months and you will be responsible for:

• Managing a large Finance team and co-ordinating the month end to meet deadlines
• Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet
• Preparation of budgets, with ongoing monitoring and liaising with operational managers
• Production of financial forecasts and analysis of variances
• Calculation of transfer prices
• Analysis or labour variances and calculation of cost of production
• Production of year end statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors

To apply it is essential you are an experienced Financial Controller who has a background in Manufacturing. You will be comfortable managing a sizeable finance team. Ideally you will be a career interim. Salary: circa £60,000 or day rate equivalent.
