Interim Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller job with our Lanarkshire-based client.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet for this growing SME
• Producing statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Cashflow monitoring and forecasting and closely monitoring revenue
• Managing and leading a small but effective finance team
• Preparing budgets and financial plans for the business based on research and data reports
• Developing and upgrading accounting systems and processes

You will be a qualified accountant with previous experience in leading a finance team. You will be hands-on in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts. A background in manufacturing will be advantageous, as will previous experience of working during an ERP implementation.
