Interim Financial Controller job with our Greater Glasgow-based SME client.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet
• Producing statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Presenting reports to the board and preparation of board reports
• Managing and supervising a small finance team
• Cashflow monitoring and forecasting
• Identifying cost control opportunities
• Implementing improvement in processes and procedures
• Budgetary monitoring and variance analysis
• Financial modelling to support forecasting

You will be a qualified and experienced hands-on Commercial Financial Controller with a track record of successful cashflow management and cost control, ideally within a growing SME. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and a financial modelling skillset. Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
