Interim Financial Controller job with our Glasgow client for a 4-6 month period. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet accounts
• Management of a large finance team including Financial Reporting, Ledger Processing and Business Partnering
• Supporting the medium- and long-term business planning process
• Production of statutory accounts to meet IFRS & liaison with external auditors
• Annual budget preparation for the business and ongoing budgetary monitoring
• Forecasting and variance analysis
• Stakeholder management including Directors and the Board

To apply it is essential that you are a Qualified Accountant, who is highly experienced in leading and managing sizeable finance teams. You will have excellent stakeholder skills comfortable reporting at Board level. The position is due to start in late October or early November. Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum.
