Interim Financial Accountant job (hybrid / flexible) with our public sector client based West of Glasgow for 3 months.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Producing Statutory Accounts at year-end, ensuring legislative compliance
• Supporting with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts and budget preparation as required
• Providing and analysing financial data in response to queries from both internal and external sources
• Supporting aspects of debtor and creditor control
• Ad hoc duties as required

To apply you will be a Part Qualified or Fully Qualified Accountant with direct experience in preparing Statutory Accounts. Experience within the public / not-for-profit sector would be beneficial. This role offers flexible working with occasional travel to the office.

Salary: £37,000 - £47,000 p.a. or equivalent day rate (DOE).
