Interim Finance Transformation Consultant (Hybrid) job with our client based in Glasgow for a 6 month period. Reporting to the Finance Director the main duties and responsibilities include:

• Work alongside the Project Lead to deliver the integration of accounting activities of acquired entities
• Supporting BAU team during a period of transition
• Lead on a variety of projects including supporting the implementation of systems, financial models and external partners
• Review of current and future processes and procedures
• Identification and mitigation of key risk areas
• Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements

You will be a qualified accountant who has a track record successful integration previously combined with an excellent project management skillset. You will also have excellent senior stakeholder and influencing capabilities. Salary: £market rate.
