Interim Finance Operations Lead for an initial 4-month period with our well-known Glasgow based client. Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for:

• Leading the day-to-day financial operations for this complex business including Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Ledger
• Ensure timely and accurate month end and year end reporting
• Maintain and improve financial controls, processes and systems ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Oversee cashflow management, forecasting and treasury
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the business
• Manage, mentor and develop the finance operations team
• Ensure that payroll is processed accurately in accordance with the month end timetable
• Prepare reports for Board meetings
• Management of projects to support the Finance Director

To apply you will be fully qualified and experienced in a senior finance role. You will have good knowledge of UK financial legislation, tax laws, and compliance requirements and have a track record of strategic planning, financial analysis, and team leadership. Salary: £70,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
