Interim Finance Manager job (Remote Working) with our Edinburgh based client for a 6-month period. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly management accounts including profit & loss and balance sheet for this medium sized complex business unit
• Annual budget setting, budgetary monitoring and variance analysis
• Liaising with operational budget holders on current and future financial projections
• Reviewing current finance processes and procedures and driving efficiencies
• Management and supervision of small finance team

To apply you will be a fully qualified Accountant who has previously worked in a similar sme environment with a broad skillset across both commercial management accounting and financial reporting. You will have excellent stakeholder skills comfortable working closely with both finance and non-finance colleagues. This role is due to start in May 2021. The majority of this role will be working from home so welcome relevant applicants from across the country. Salary: circa £50,000 per annum or day rate equivalent.
