Interim Finance Manager (Projects) opportunity with a Glasgow based family business for a 4-6-month period.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Lead on major change projects, including the rollout of a T&A system in England
• Support the implementation of new payment processes
• SWB (Salaries, Wages & Benefits) reporting and analysis
• SWB forecasting and analysis for 2026/27
• Troubleshoot weekly operational issues
• Stakeholder management across Finance, HR and Heads of Department
• Provide insights and recommendations across Payroll, T&A and other systems, processes and reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and business planning
• Drive a continuous improvement culture

Experience Required:

• Qualified Accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW)
• Able to work at pace with a strong drive for results in a high-pressure change environment
• High learning agility and strong analytical skills – Payroll experience is not essential
• Proven financial modelling experience
