Interim Finance Director job for our growing medium sized client based in Glasgow for an initial 3-4 month period. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:

• Oversight of the full finance function and management of the finance team
• Review of consolidated monthly management accounts including both group and subsidiary profit & loss and balance sheet accounts
• Presentation of year end statutory accounts and liaison with external auditors
• Cash flow management, driving efficiencies through key internal and external stakeholders
• Business Partnering with Senior Management in individual business units within the Group on weekly and monthly performance
• Working Capital calculations
• Liaising with key external stakeholders including the Bank and Investors
• Conduct and lead on a margin enhancing programme to deliver a better quality of earnings
• Provide strict control of head count and overhead spend
• Prepare and present budget

To apply you must be a fully Qualified Accountant, having operated as a Finance Director previously experienced in Working Capital and Cashflow Management. You will ideally have a background from Construction or Contracting business sectors. Day Rate Equivalent: £80,000 +.
