Rutherford Cross is working with a well known market leader to recruit an Interim Finance Controller Job for a period of up to 6 months. This is a varied role which wlll cover Treasury reporting, statutory reporting, management accounting and operational duties. It is important that for this role the candidate has previous treasury and fx experience. A summary of some of the key duties are below:

• Statutory reporting – managing hedge accounting and provide input for the Group
• Prepare disclosure notes under IFRS 9 / IFRS 7 for year-end reporting
• Liaise with the external auditors

• Preparation, review and provision of financial management information for a variety of treasury related entities
• Managing monthly management information - consolidation and review
• Preparation and completion of quarterly forecasts for relevant entities within the Group

• Manage cash flow forecasting
• Support treasury and accounting staff with reporting and analysis functions
• Involvement in ad hoc improvement projects

This role requires a fully qualified accountant who has previous experience of working in a large and complex organisation. Operating at a senior level the role require someone who has previously worked at Financial Controller level with a strong background in Treasury.
