Interim Finance Analyst job with our Edinburgh based client for a 4-6 month period reporting to the Senior Finance Analyst and Finance Manager. The key responsibilities of the job are:

• Assist with the management process for delivering the reporting and planning cycle ensuring review meetings and reports are all produced to deadlines
• Support the regional operations team with financial modelling and output as required
• Monitor, develop and maintain key departmental processes and procedures
• Assist with the management accounts, KPI’s and regulatory reporting
• Maintain excel templates used for reporting, planning and modelling
• Ensure all deliverables are reviewed by the Senior Finance Analyst and Finance Manager
• Continue to develop performance analysis focusing on visual output
• Completion and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliation
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

To apply you will be a Qualified or ‘Qualified by Experience’ Accountant with a good attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing requirements. You will have strong analytic and presentation skills and be comfortable liaising with key stakeholders. This position will be hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office and begin in October. Salary £40,000 - £45,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
