Interim External Audit Manager job for a 4-month period with our client in the Professional Services sector based in Edinburgh. Reporting to the Audit Director you will be responsible for:

• Leading the External Audit for a small portfolio of key clients
• Supervising an Audit team of 2
• Planning, managing and reviewing the effective Audit work
• Providing Audit planning advice to clients
• Preparing Audit Reports within agreed timescales
• Developing relationships with clients in a short space of time
• Providing recommendations to clients

To apply you must be a fully qualified Accountant, probably CA and will have worked in an External Audit role previously. You will have first class written report writing skills and stakeholder management capabilities. The client will consider both full-time or part-time applicants. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum or day rate equivalent.
