Interim Due Diligence Accountant job for an initial 4 month period with our Glasgow based client. Reporting to the Head of Development you will be responsible for:

• Provide deal diligence support for this business as they grow through acquisition
• Financial Analysis of potential acquisitions providing insight into business performance and supporting critical decision making
• Using financial models provide financial forecasts through thorough data interrogation including sensitivity analysis
• Preparation of due diligence reports for senior management and the Board

To apply you will be a fully qualified accountant with a previous track record and understanding of how the due diligence process works, ideally with previous experience of a corporate transaction. You will have excellent written and verbal communications skills and be an Advanced user of Excel. Start in June or July 2022 and this role will support hybrid or remote working. Day Rate: £275-£325 per day
