Interim Commercial Finance Analyst job (Hybrid/Remote) with our client based in the central belt of Scotland. Reporting to the Head of FP&A the main duties and responsibilities include:

• Acting as the Finance business partner to the Commercial team, providing value-adding analytical support and analysis to aid decision making
• Undertaking profitability analysis identifying unusual trends and ensure optimal allocation of resources
• Leading on customer investment and promotional analysis
• Pro-actively developing reporting tools, performance packs and analytics on the commercial performance of the business
• Engaging with colleagues from other areas of the business such including Sales and Marketing to ensure new product are efficiently launched

You will be a highly commercial finance analyst, either qualified or ‘qualified by experience’. You must have a demonstrable track record of working closely with a commercial team in a previous role and you will have excellent stakeholder and communication skills. This role will allow for largely remote working, with there being typically 1 day per week on site. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
