Interim Assistant Accountant job with our Edinburgh based client for a period of 3-6 months. This role will report to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for:

• Bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts with high volume daily transactions
• Journal processing
• Supporting a data cleanse exercise prior to data migration
• Processing invoices
• Liaising with various finance teams including Payroll, Pensions and Cash
• Supporting with ad hoc duties

To apply you will be an experienced Assistant Accountant or Finance Officer with a broad accounting skillset. You will be flexible, comfortable working as part of a busy team and on ad hoc duties. You will also be confident liaising with finance and non-finance teams. This role will start end of April or early May and operates as a 50/50 in office/working from home model. Salary £28,000- £33,000 p.a. or day rate equivalent.
