Rutherford Cross is delighted to be partnering with a hugely successful logistics company in Glasgow to appoint a 10-month FTC Finance Assistant / Data Processing position. This position has potential for part-time.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Processing of a high volume of supplier invoices, allocations and queries
• Processing debits & credits daily
• Conducting reconciliations to support month-end procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support the finance team in various administrative tasks

Experience:

• Previous experience within Finance/Office environment
• Data entry skills
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
