Description

An industry leading family-owned business is looking to grow their treasury team with an additional Group Treasury Analyst. A great opportunity to join one of the market leaders in its sector as they continue to go from strength to strength.

Play a key role in the cash management of the Group, working with subsidiary finance teams to understand, forecast and control cash flows; managing the central draws and repayments on our revolving debt facilities.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Manage revolving debt ABL facility, action daily flows and reconciliations
  • Undertake derivative transactions to manage subsidiary FX exposures
  • Daily management of subsidiary cashflows, working with subsidiary finance teams
  • Support preparation of global liquidity forecasts
  • Monitor and report on the Group’s liquidity & cash flows against budget / forecast
  • Develop an appreciation and monitor bank charges and fees
  • Support monthly ABL collateral update processing, review and forecast
  • Support semi-annual ABL audit and annual inventory appraisal support
  • Manage regular debt repayments and serve interest notices
  • Support period close and reporting on Treasury transactions
  • Certification and distribution of lender reporting
  • Treasury submissions to Group finance, including monthly interest accruals and reconciliation
  • Be a trusted partner for group and subsidiary teams on all Treasury processes
  • Support as required both the group and subsidiary finance function

Key Characteristics:

  • Qualified CA (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS or equivalent)
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively, with excellent attention to detail
  • A desire to improve how we do things and proactive in finding areas where we can do better and providing solutions
  • Previous experience in ERP data interrogation (ideally Oracle), reporting and analysis would be beneficial but not necessary
  • Consistent delivery of work on time and to agreed standards
  • Ability to act on own initiative without being prompted
  • Excellent communication skills
