Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least seven years of post-qualified experience in transaction-focused finance, such as due diligence or M&A advisory

  • Familiarity with modern data analysis techniques and structures (e.g., data cubes) is preferred
  • Understanding of capital structures, particularly leveraged debt
  • Extensive experience leading financial analysis projects
  • Professional qualification (ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is ideal but not mandatory if supported by significant transaction and due diligence experience

Personal Characteristics:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging C-suite stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach and willingness to delve into granular details
  • Resilient under pressure, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in M&A environments
