Financial Analyst

Rutherford Cross has been engaged to recruit several newly created Financial Analyst positions for a reputable organisation based within Glasgow. The business has undergone changes over the last few years and is seeking to strengthen several of its finance functions.

The business offers a successful individual opportunities to progress internally and develop their professional skill set in a fast paced environment. Due to the ever changing nature of the roles and the demands of the organisation the client is looking for versatile applicants.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing detailed reports and insight to support the change delivery of regulatory reporting
• Engaging with teams across the organisation to analyse, test and deliver new / changed reporting requirements
• Developing control processes, delivering training and documentation to ensure straightforward transitions between systems
• Improve and streamline reporting processes to ensure that correct information is communicated to the senior management team
• Participate in regular ad hoc projects across the wider business

Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE) will be considered
• Experience in the development and production of reports
• Ability to interpret regulation
• Strong analysis and communication skills
• Strong data analysis
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Salary:

£35,000-£42,000
