Rutherford Cross is working with a successful global business to recruit a Financial Accountant to take ownership of statutory reporting for a number of entities within the group. This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to make their first move from practice into industry. The team will work with numerous areas of the business to ensure the delivery of accurate statutory accounts and making sure they understand the core processes of the business.

You will be part of an energetic and enthusiastic team, the majority of whom will have transitioned from practice to industry in the last few years and will provide excellent support.
Key duties include:
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Work closely with external auditors
- Preparation of board reporting
- FCA regulatory reporting
- Impairment calculations
- Earn out calculations
- Technical accounting papers
- Ensure compliance with internal controls
- Review reconciliations of Balance sheet and Profit & Loss accounts
- Ad-hoc projects

- A salary of £35,000-£40,000
