The Opportunity

The Regulatory Reporting Lead will be a key part of the Regulatory Reporting Programme Team. If you're passionate about setting direction in a fast moving, future focused Financial Services organisation then this represents an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities include:

•  Providing expert specialist knowledge to lead the definition and delivery of regulatory reporting changes.
• Providing technical expertise and support to the project and Business as usual teams in the interpretation and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Managing the inputs from teams across the business to analyse, define, and deliver new / changed reporting requirements.
• Managing, reviewing and approving the supporting business and control processes, training and documentation to ensure a smooth transition to the teams within Finance.

Skills Required:

• Qualified Accountant
• Driven and motivated individual used to working in a demanding and fast paced working environment;
• Previous experience in the production or development of COREP / FINREP / Bank of England reporting would be essential, as would strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work and prioritise accordingly
• Significant experience in the development or production of Regulatory or financial reporting.
• Ability to interpret Regulation and convert into requirements and designs.
