Description
Finance Project Manager (2 Year Contract) job with our growing sme client, who are part of an international parent company, based West of Glasgow.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for leading and delivering a number of key projects across the whole business including:
- Lead on a data cleansing project transferring data from the existing ERP onto a new Information Management System in line with milestones and deadlines
- Project Manage Phase 2 on a recently implemented Warehouse Management System to introduce further functionality including testing
- Implementation of a new reporting tool which will enhance sales analysis and reporting which will include the automation of manual processes and also a full mapping exercise
- Lead on the ERP implementation project including analysis of shortlisted suppliers with a report highlighting the advantages disadvantages of each option
- Full Project Management of the ERP implementation which will interface with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality and Operations
- Building, planning and organising the Project team
- Stakeholder management with all staff members learning end user requirements and also advising on the benefits of the new software
- Leading on User Acceptance Testing and training of the new system post go-live in 2026
To apply you should have the following key attributes:
- Qualified or ‘Qualified by Experience’ Accountant
- Experienced Project Manager with a track record of previous successful project delivery using recognised Project Management methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- First class planning and organisational skills, able to lead and co-ordinate senior leaders within the Project Plan
- Previous ERP systems implementation experience
