Description

Rutherford Cross is working with a Glasgow based financial services client who are significant players in their market and have experienced a large amount of change over the last few years. As such, they are looking to add a Finance Delivery Manager to the team. This would offer a chance to help strategically shape the implementation, management and ultimately delivering a series of new projects and regulatory requirements for the business.

A summary of some of the main duties are below:

  • Project managing and coordinating the plan and leading delivery of regulatory projects
  • Managing and maintaining the effective delivery of Frameworks and controls to deliver accurate reporting to the regulator
  • Ensuring integration of activities with Financial Planning,
  • Establishing and embedding a robust and well managed control environment
    supporting stress testing
  • Ensuring all stress testing outputs presented to the regulator are of the
    highest standard and appropriately represent the group to their key stakeholders
  • Working closely with the Leadership Team

A summary of the key candidate requirements are as follows:

  • Strong experience in FP&A or regulatory reporting
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully managing relationships with key internal stakeholder, external partners and 3rd parties
  • A recognised qualification in accountancy is preferred but not essential
  • A fully qualified Accountant (ACCA or ICAS)
