Rutherford Cross is working with a growing, family-run business to recruit for the role of Finance Assistant. This role will be part of a dedicated finance team who are committed to providing excellent service to the stakeholders of the company.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Processing of credit card statements in SAP Concur
• Posting Concur journals to the Finance ledger system
• Maintenance of the concur system including setting up new users, removing leavers and linking new cards
• Managing the credit card mailbox including handling queries, credit limit increase requests, processing applications
• Distribution of credit card statements to the cardholders
• Daily banking
• Cash allocation
• Bank reconciliations
• Cashflow Analysis & Projections
• Posting of cashbook transactions
• Transfer reinstatement and disposal of fixed assets
