Background to the Opportunity

The opportunity has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join our client's Finance Team on a project which is scheduled to go live in May 2019.

There will then be the opportunity to join another project.

The Role

The position requires a self-starting and solutions-driven finance professional who will be involved in implementing a pricing project.

Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Ensure baselining and reporting of Plan, Resource and Budget according to Project Framework
• Validate deliverables with Project Manager
• Ensuring all stakeholders in Finance are aligned and understand scope of project
• Monitor inter-project dependency plan
• Being the central point of contact for the team

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Accountant with 2-4 years experience in FMCG finance or similar industry
• Reasonable level of practical and commercial experience
• In-depth knowledge of processes and standards based on technical proficiency
• Understand key stakeholders' requirements
• Able to independently reach logically sound conclusions to routine problems using some analysis, manipulation and interpretation and presentation of results
• Experience with SAP would also be highly beneficial

Remuneration

Day Rate: up to £250
