Credit Manager

Permanent Credit Manager job with a growing company based outside Glasgow. Reporting to the Controller you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the running of Credit Control and Accounts Receivable team of over 20 staff
• Minimising debtor days
• Review of cash against target
• Developing processes to maximise cash collection
• Drive process improvements including the development of KPI’s such as Debtor Days Reporting
• Monitoring credit risk
• Management, mentoring and developing a team of Credit Controllers
• Delivering staff appraisals and regular 1 to 1’s
• Regular interaction with both customers, suppliers and 3rd party debt management companies

This opportunity would suit an experienced Credit Manager looking for a new challenge. Ideally you will be CICM and also be an Advanced Excel user. You will have first class communication skills and have a strong track record in and enjoy staff management. You will previously have managed a large team of at least 15 staff. Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
