Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Tax Manager OR Senior Manager to join our client’s high-performing team in Aberdeen. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a vibrant regional office, advising a wide-ranging client base from entrepreneurial start-ups to multinational corporations.

As Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager, you will lead on the delivery of complex tax compliance and advisory projects, support business development, and mentor junior team members. Your work will span sectors including energy, technology, manufacturing, and services - ensuring each day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate tax clients
  • Deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory services
  • Lead client relationships and act as a trusted adviser
  • Provide technical guidance on corporate tax matters including R&D claims, group structuring, M&A and cross-border tax issues
  • Support business development and proposals for new work
  • Mentor and develop junior team members within the tax team

About You:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in UK corporate tax within a practice or in-house environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex tax issues
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
