Quantify Advisors is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, independent corporate finance boutique who continue to play a key role in the Scottish market.

Quantify provides a full suite of corporate finance services, including:
- Corporate Finance - Corporate Acquisitions, Company Disposals, Private Equity, Management Buy Outs, Venture Capital, Debt Finance
- Transaction Services – Buyside Due Diligence for Private Equity and Corporate clients, Vendor Due Diligence, Vendor Assist
- Financial Modelling – Transaction Models, Operational Models, Short Term Cashflow Modelling

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for engagement planning and management
- Maintaining communication with the client / target to report on progress and keep information flowing
- Preparing databooks and relevant analysis – the ability to take raw client data and analyse into clear, concise databooks and outputs is a key feature of this role
- Performing appropriate data analysis, interpreting analysis and reporting findings
- Drafting initial report or sections of a report for partner review
- Preparing financial models
- Preparing information memorandum documents, assisting with content and design
- Buyer / target research
- Assisting with management presentations
- Setting up and managing datarooms
- Managing due diligence processes and related info requests

- This is predominantly an office-based role in Aberdeen with occasional travel - as is normal for CF
