Rutherford Cross is currently seeking commercial accountants who come from a financial services or complex blue-chip organisational background. Key to these role’s are financial planning and analysis and the development of meaningful KPI’s with stakeholders in both financial and operational departments. You will be working with autonomy to challenge and make an impact, therefore you must be able to drive change and hold a professional qualification.

The role will also involve;

• Proactively working to review business cases with management and stakeholders from a number of cross departmental teams
• Adding financial weight to the decision making process through analysis of trends and business activity
• Confident in the production of financial KPI's on a monthly basis with supporting commentary and analysis
• Experienced in assisting the business through budgeting and planning cycles, ensuring financial comprehension
• Engagement with the business to communicate challenging messages
• Solid comprehension of P&L movements and their impacts on the wider business
