Assistant Finance Analyst job, on a permanent basis, with our Glasgow City Centre based client. The post-holder will be joining an established but growing business, with a generous benefits package.

Reporting to the Finance Leader you will be responsible for:

• Analysis of large and complex data sets by product and location
• Extensive use of Excel analysing data through formula, pivot tables and vlookup functionality
• Preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Liaison with operational teams to review data content of reports and to analyse KPI’s
• Analysis of Cash transactions and reconciliation of balances

To apply you will be able to demonstrate extensive use of Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables and vlookup’s) ideally with a background in financial services.

You will also have excellent communication skills as the role involves liaising across different departments, as well as with internal and external stakeholders. This key role sits within the finance team but gives the postholder profile across the breadth of this growing business.

Salary circa £28,000 - £30,000 per annum with excellent benefits.
