In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing payment runs and setting up bank payments online
• Processing invoices and expenses
• Liaising with the finance team to ensure invoice information is correct and allocated accurately, liaising with clients where information is not clear or contradictory
• Ensuring accurate & timely delivery of all reconciliation reports and bank payments set up within client and company deadlines
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliation
• Depending on candidate experience, preparing quarterly management accounts and forecasting for clients

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Enthusiastic to learn and confident in dealing with all levels of seniority
• A part-qualified or actively studying accountant (ACCA or CIMA)
• Experienced in supporting or producing management accounts and statutory accounts
• Experienced in preparing management accounts, including dealing with third parties to ensure the financial information contained within the accounts is complete
