Rutherford Cross is working in partnership with a market leading international business. This would be a great opportunity for individuals making their first move from profession to industry.
This position is based at their branch office in Glasgow and is a key role with the Finance team. The remit of this role will include providing financial and commercial support to various arms of the business. In addition, the individual will work closely alongside and act as a liaison with the local operational team.
The Opportunity:
- Conduct the financial planning for the operational site
- Conduct financial reporting and forecasting
- Improve accounting and control processes
- Provide financial input and support surrounding capital expenditure projects
- Calculate and measure the loss and waste and to implement improvements
- Take ownership of the delivery of the sites financial targets
- Manage cost base and ensure that actions are taken to uphold financial delivery
- Coordinate financial plans with the operational sites
