Intercompany Accountant

Intercompany Accountant job (Hybrid) for a 12-month period with our Glasgow-based client.

Reporting to the Intercompany Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out a review of the current intercompany processes
• Process mapping intercompany transactions in this large complex business
• Driving process improvements in this area, delivering new intercompany processes including data capture, validation, reconciliation and maintenance of data
• Liaising with SME’s to gain an understanding of existing intercompany processes and what is required by the business to develop these
• Ensuring a robust financial control environment

To apply, you must be a Qualified Accountant with exposure to complex intercompany processes, be comfortable handling large data sets and it would be desirable if you have worked with multi-currency. The ideal candidate will have a proven background leading change and transformation in a finance operations team. You will also have excellent stakeholder skills with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders and present to Senior Management.
